Space Encounters is a mobile planetarium service catering for schools, colleges and science event rganisers throughout the UK and Ireland.

We established the business in 2002 and have presented in hundreds of venues across the country to tens of thousands of individuals - of all ages and abilities. Primar, post-primary, college, university, science festivals, astronomy clubs, scouts, guides.. the list goes on.

This site is presently undergoing a complete re-development whisch will take a couple of weeks to complete - hopefully by the end of April 2008. It is intended to provide the following:-

Our approach is a combination of curriculum related material, and the latest scientific discoveries (presented at an appropriate level) all under a precise representation of the night sky with a total star count approaching 3000 star points - all wrapped up in an enthusing, motivational live presentation..
